Senior Deacon Darleen Whitemore

Darleen Whitmore has been a member of First Congregational Church on the Green for about 30 years.  Throughout those years she has served the church in various capacities including serving as a Sunday School teacher, as part of the usher board, as part of the church's nursing unit, and as a longtime member of the Gospel choir.  The warmth and welcoming nature of the church body as well as the church's commitment to serve the wider community is that which attracted her many years ago and now keeps her committed to support the growth and evolution of FCC. She is excited to take on this new role as Senior Deacon.
